Analysis
- Line- The lines of the door and the frame of the window lead you through the photo
- Shape- The door creates a square inside a square of the window.
- Space- This is all in one space besides the small amount of sidewalk shown at the bottom of the photo.
- Value- The values are strong in the photo because of the high contrast black and white.
- Unity- There is unity in the strong blacks and strong whites and the strong lines in the photo.
- Balance- There is a balance even though the door doesn't follow the rule of thirds and is placed in the middle of the photo.

- Do you like or dislike the piece? Why? I like this photo because of the sharp lines and the strong word.
- How does the work fit into the historical time period in which it was created? This fits the time period because photography is something very important in many peoples lives these days where a great camera is in the palm of there hands.
- Does the title make sense to the artwork? How does the title relate? The title makes sense because it is a photo of the word photography.
